Next Gen Games: Part 2

Last time we reviewed the major games of the next gen consoles and now, we talk about the more minor ones.

1. Madden 25- It looks like it's just another Madden game.

2. Infamous: The second son- This game looks truly epic like most Infamous games do.   The powers look enhanced but I don't think the story line will be as good.  This game is only for the PS4

3. Skylanders: SWAP Force: Another skylanders game with series 3 characters and an open world feel.

4. Knack- This game looks like Banjo Kazzoie for the PS4.

5. Killzone: Shadowfall- Looks like a FPS with new features including epic guns and maps with an entertaining storyline and awesome online play.  PS4 only

Next Gen Games: Part 1

There are many games coming to the Next Gen consoles.  In this part, I will talk about the more popular ones, but part 2 will have some less popular games.  Lets start!

1. Call of duty: Ghosts- The trailer to this game showed me 2 things. 1. This game will introduce more of a open world feel to the call of duty series. 2. This is obviously a continuation to the modern warfare series.

2. Halo 5- I cannot go into much detail about this one because the trailer wasn't very descriptive at all.  I didn't know what was happening but it may be different for Halo fans.

3. Battlefield 4- This game, I can tell, is copying Call of Duty, alot.  I would say Black Ops 2 looks the same.  But there were also other things that didn't copy Call of Duty very much, but still.  Of course, this is only the second intense and M rated battlefield game so far.  I'll give them a break.

4. Dead Rising 3- The problem with Dead Rising is that the first game was so creative and open that there isn't much to add to this.  But I don't know.

5. Assassin's Creed IV: Black Flag- The trailer to this game looks fun but, it also looks like it is going to change Assassins creed for reasons such as a pirate shop. I think having a pirate ship will decrease the open world style of this game.

PS4 vs Xbox One

I'm sure lots of people have done this but I wanted to try it myself.  So lets start this!
Xbox One goes first.

Xbox One Good Features: The new Xbox One kinect can do things I have never seen before!  Its voice controls are amazing and can do anything on the Xbox One just by saying it.  You can also play games while watching TV.

Xbox One Bad Features: The Xbox One has cool voice features, but that is the only new feature.  Well, besides the new controller design it's the only thing anyways.  There is almost no change.

PS4 Good Features: There are so many multiplayer features on the PS4 including a new earbud that doubles as a mic for online, you can download games from your phone, post easy walkthroughs for other people online, and much more.  I didn't want to add too many features so the blog won't be to massive.  Plus, the graphics are almost real.

PS4 Bad Features: From what I've seen, there aren't many singleplayer features at all.  And, since the xbox 360 came out after the ps3, the ps4 is newly adding some xbox360 features including tapping the home button on the controller to turn the system on.

The winner: PS4!  Simply because of so many great features to interact with other players and because of the xbox one's lack of features
